Fabric Lengths

We sell fabric by the whole or part metre in 0.05m increments.   The minimum quantity you can purchase of an individual fabric is 0.25m. 

Simply type the fractional quantity in the "Quantity" field (e.g. 0.25, 0.35, 0.50, 1, 1.25, etc).

Minimum cut

The minimum quantity you can purchase of an individual fabric is 0.25m.

Fat Quarters

If you order 0.25m, it will be cut as a "fat quarter", unless you specify that you would prefer 0.25m cut straight from the bolt.  You can request this in the "Comments" field in the "Checkout" page.

A "fat quarter" is approximately square, i.e. 50 cm x half the width of the fabric (typically 114cm, but always noted in the fabric description).

Prices

The price for most fabrics is quoted as "per metre", except where specified as being sold by the piece (e.g hand-printed fabrics). 

The cost is automatically calculated in the shopping cart based on the fractional quantity that you request. 

All prices are in Australian dollars, and include 10% GST.

Minimum order

We have a minimum order policy of $10 (excluding postage).

Delivery times

All online orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. 

Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery to capital cities and 3-5 working days for delivery to regional and country areas outside Victoria.

Returns

Please contact us by phone or email if you are dissatisfied with a product that you have received. 

We can arrange a refund, exchange or credit for you, on condition that the product is returned to us in an undamaged condition.  Exceptions include discounted products and sewing patterns. 

Returned products must be sent within 14 days of delivery and be in original condition upon return, i.e. unused, clean and not damaged.

Customers are responsible for the cost of postage for returned products, and to ensure they are adequately packaged so they are not damaged during transit.

SSL

The security of your personal information is important to us.  We follow accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it. 

When you enter sensitive information (e.g. credit card numbers) on our website, that information is encrypted using "Secure Socket Layer" technology ("SSL").  

All purchase transactions are performed using 128 bit SSL certification and are in Australian dollars (AUD or A$).  We do not retain credit card details.
